The Stitcher
Throws threads that bind you in place, then drags you towards it.
- Health 60
- Hit 7
Seven original horror creatures for Minecraft Bedrock.
Each one has its own voice, its own theme music and its own way of killing you. Two of them only come out at night. Free to download, no account needed.
Every creature is original: new models, new textures, new sounds. No film characters, nothing borrowed. Each one hunts in its own way, so the trick that saves you from one gets you killed by another.

Throws threads that bind you in place, then drags you towards it.

Puts out every light around you and blinds you. Its hits set you on fire, and fire can't touch it.

A shadow copy of you. It freezes when you look at it and teleports behind you when you don't. A hit in the back does double damage.

Finds you when you go to sleep and is standing over you when you wake. After that it watches from far away, and sometimes it screams and runs at you.

The boss. You hear digging under your feet, then it rises out of the ground. It opens pits under you and burrows after you if you run.

Every toll of its bell brings it one step closer. On the seventh toll, it is right in front of you.

It can't move while anyone is looking at it. Look away, and it gets closer.
At 3 hearts or less, a hit stops being a hit and becomes an execution. You freeze, you are turned to face the killer, then a scream, a flash of colour and a title card. The Gravedigger's is a full cinematic: it digs, drags you down, and the lid slams shut.
Horror is half sound. Every creature has its own voice and its own theme, and you hear it before you see it.
The music starts when one of them gets close. The Gravedigger brings a graveyard theme with crows, an owl, a cemetery gate and digging. The Burlap Doll has a music box that slowly winds down.
Voices, attacks, hurt and death sounds for all seven, all made for this add-on. No copyrighted audio.
The Whisperer and the Gravedigger never show up in daylight. The Gravedigger sinks back into the earth at dawn.
Works in your own worlds and on Realms with no extra setup and no experimental toggles.

No new keys to learn. Bedrock add-ons can't add keyboard shortcuts, so you play with your normal controls. Every creature also has a spawn egg in the Creative inventory: search for "Spawn The" to find all seven.
Spoilers. Open one at a time if you want to keep some of the fear.
Kill scenes only trigger at 3 hearts or less. Keep your health up with armour, food and golden apples, and a bad hit is just a hit.
The first time you go to bed each night, the Whisperer comes. Expect it to be standing over you when you wake up.
The Whisperer usually vanishes when you look at it. Once it screams and starts the chase, it doesn't.
The Gravedigger can't stand daylight. If you can't win, survive: at dawn it sinks back into the earth.
Digging under your feet means the Gravedigger is about to rise. Move away from that spot before it comes up.
Keep your eyes on the Twin and the Burlap Doll. Both stop when you look at them. Back away slowly and keep them in view.
The Bellringer is one step closer with every toll. Count to seven, and be ready to fight before the last one.
The Lantern Keeper is immune to fire, so a Fire Aspect sword is wasted on it. A Fire Resistance potion stops the burning from its hits.
The Burlap Doll has a small chance to drop Music Disc 11. The Twin can drop an Ender Pearl, the Whisperer an Echo Shard, the Bellringer a Bell, the Lantern Keeper a Soul Lantern and the Gravedigger an Iron Shovel.
Five of them spawn in the dark on the surface, like other monsters. The Whisperer and the Gravedigger only come at night, in their own way: one when you sleep, the other up through the ground.
If the Twin kills you, it takes your name. Look for a creature wearing your name tag.
The file is a .mcaddon. It holds a Behavior Pack and a Resource Pack that are linked, so turning on one turns on both.

No. It only uses stable features, so you don't need any experimental toggles or beta APIs.
The Gravedigger digs pits and leaves tombstones. If you don't want any blocks changed, run /scriptevent dread:griefing off. As with any add-on, make a copy of a world you care about before you try it.
Yes. It works in multiplayer worlds and on Realms. More players means more eyes, which helps against the creatures that freeze when watched.
It's a standard Minecraft add-on: JSON files, textures, sounds and one game script. It doesn't connect to the internet and needs no account. You can check the SHA-256 above to make sure your download is complete and unchanged.
